  • Actually, all railways have legally had to be fenced given 1845! But, notwithstanding a railways’ best effort, there is zero to stop someone climbing over a fence, slicing a hole in it, jumping off a hire platform, or regulating a walking channel (though these are being fast reduced following a spate of accidents).

  • We recently had a internal MPs job for fences on a Orwell Bridge. As this is a second occurrence this week, because are a MPs not seeking for fences along a railway lines? If a Orwell Bridge is fenced afterwards these incidents will increase.
